getting to know myself.
Juggling with work and study at the same time for the past four years, I lost track of knowing myself. Ever since I graduated, I felt very lost, because my world revolves around my school and work. If you ask me how I was when it comes to work and school ethics I can definitely give you an answer right away. But if you ask me what my principles are and values, and what type of man I want, I never get the chance to know my preferences, except that I love scuba diving. Human relationships are complex and when it comes to person-to-person relationships, it would take me a long time to answer.
Ever since my boyfriend broke up with me last January of this year, I decided to seek counsel. I booked an hour session with a trained psychologist and told me that, the thing that I lack most is my sense of self worth and love. She asked me a couple of questions which I find triggering at the same time challenging because I don't know what the answer to. And so I decided that I will embark on this journey in knowing myself better.

Some people might find it very absurd to believe in something that isn't even proven by science. As someone who isn't religious, I have opened myself to the possibilities of the spiritual realm. Astrology is beyond what you've read in a Sunday newspaper about what your zodiac sign is. There are more things to consider like what planets are in and what houses it is transiting now. Like religion, have faith, and take what resonates.
